Getaway is a startup vacation service that offers wifi-free escapes to tiny cabins nestled in nature. It’s like Air BnB, but for tiny cabins that are meant to help you unplug and unwind.

I was tapped to help out on the CRM front for this small but mighty startup, and wrote a series of emails to users as part of a larger targeted retention plan. Here are some choice examples. Sort of makes you want to get away, doesn’t it?
